I was so burnt out on Claremont when he left that I haven't really touched any of his material since.

As for 70's slugfest, some of my favorite comics and stories. Definitely some of the best.Leenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-33311991.post-32252919539278071812009-11-20T19:32:50.424-05:002009-11-20T19:32:50.424-05:00I guess I'm the small niche market. I would've gone with the monthly, but they do more than 12 issues a year, it costs $4/each and Grummett isn't the artist each time. I think it's a perfect idea, especially since I stopped reading the X-men about the time Claremont left. This is a way to reconnect with the characters and not have to worry about all the junk (convoluted storylines, events, etc.) that y'all were complaining (I mean commenting) about in the beginning of the blog.

Nothing wrong with 70's slugfest -- my favorite. Picked up Whatever Happened to the World of Tomorrow from the library today. Looks to be awesome.Matthewhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03894454259041852707noreply@blogger.com
