The woman was dressed as one of the members of the Paradigm, check the front roll call page, she has a head shot. I think Plutonian was forcing two random folks to live out one of his fantasies, him with the superheroine. His realization that it will never happen is what causes him to be so morose. He then kills them off panel, thats why he kidnaps the supervillianess at the end of the story and asks how she would look in a wig.Jamesnoreply@blogger.com
