Another Sale! Jonathan Hickman's Fantastic Four and FF + Others

Bet you thought we didn't have anything new to post today, huh?  Well, we can always fall back on our third profession (1. day job, 2. blog job, and 3. desperately trying to raise funds on eBay!).  I actually have a bidder on my FF lot and it is currently at a paltry $1 per issue.  I was hoping for $50 more!  Oh well.  It's a bargain, plus I have listed all my digital codes from today too.

Here's the link:

And if Jim or Lee are stocking their respective ponds, feel free to sample their lures too!  The more fish the better.  I don't think I ever get this fishing metaphor right...

Another Sale - Toys, books, and original art

This is becoming a regular occurance!  Anyway, It's all about the books this time.  Large... huge stacks of books at rock bottom prices.  Seriously rock bottom starting at 50 cents a book.

They are:
Alpha Flight 1-60
That's half the series in one chunk.  This is Byrne's complete run plus Jim Lee's first published work in later issues.

Excalibur 1-30 + specials, and Excalibur 42-67 plus specials
These are actually 2 separate auctions but they comprise most everything Alan Davis ever did on the title.  Great art and good stories.

Punisher 1-68 plus annuals
This is a huge run of the first continuous Punisher series.  Not as violent as the Max version but there's still a high body count to satisfy the most blood thirsty amoung you.

There's even a couple of hardcovers,
Stuck Rubber Baby and Any Empire

ALSO, there some art too.
I have portfolios by Frazetta and Williamson, Starlin, Redondo, and more!  They were all published in the late 70's/early 80's and are really cool.

And, finally, if you have a little extra cash....
An Alan Davis original from Adventures of the Outsiders.
It ain't cheap but it's really cool.

Or, more reasonable priced,  a Joyce Chin full page splash.

That's all!  Go here and bid high, bid often!

Thanks for all your support.

Howdy one and all! The latest sell-o-thon is here. Once again I've loaded the world's largest flea market, eBay, up with super cool stuff.

In terms of tpb's, there's new stuff like Classic What If? Vol 1 from Marvel and Showcase Presents: Haunted Tank and two Flash trades collection Johns first work on the character from DC. There's Image books like Lucha Libra, and Rick Remender's Doll & Creature. From Vertigo, I have Grant Morrison's The Filth. And even some Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.

There's the Mighty Avengers issues 6-31 complete and New Avengers 40-59 complete. As an added bonus, I've listed Secret Invasion 1-8. That's basically the last two years of Avengers for $20.

Buy My Stuff!

Howdy one and all! The official sell off continues and I've started loading things on the world's largest flea market, eBay!

This weeks offerings include a nice set of hardcovers, tpb's, and a complete run of Sandman.

First up are the Fear Agent tpb's Volumes 1-3. An excellent series by Rick Remender, Tony Moore, and Jerome Opena. An excellent time traveling science fiction series!

Second is a Grimjack HC, Vol 2! John Ostrander and Tim Truman's classic series collected into a super fancy, shiny hc. The first hc was good, but uneven as Ostrander found his footing. With Vol 2, he's hit his stride and Grimjack started to really shine.

Third is the Mister X archive. This collects the entire Mr. X run, written by Dean Motter with art by Seth, Paul Rivoche, and even the Hernandez brothers! This series was part of the first wave of independents and still holds up today. An excellent story and outstanding art.

Finally, the Spirit Archives Vol 12, in which Will Eisner returns from serving in WWII. This is good book because it has classic art by Lou Fine and others, along with Eisner. This is where it all started and is an excellent addition to any collection.

There's a complete run of Sandman listed too, but I don't need to explain that to you.

You can view all this and more here. Don't forget to bid high and bid often!

The Great Comic Sell-a-thon

I won't actually be posting tomorrow because we have Part II of the Indies review. We're a little late this month but it's worth the wait.

In other news, the great comic sell-a-thon is starting. Due to some changing circumstances at my house, I need to liquidate a large portion of my collection. No worries, the change is good but I just can't talk about it yet.

The modern part of the collection includes most Marvel books from 1982 through 2000. The DC is a little more spotty but includes long runs of Batman, Superman, and Wonder Woman.

I have a large collection of Silver-Bronze age material too. Again, primarily Marvel, but many of the DC 100 page giants if you're interested.

All books are in perfect condition, VF or better. I never bought reader copies.

I'm going to start running ebay auctions in the next couple of weeks too. If you want it before it goes to the public, the pre-ebay list includes:

(!) Avengers 1-66
, plus Avengers Disassembled. This is the complete Busiek and Johns run, and the start of Bendis run. Sorry, I skipped the Austen material. I just couldn't take it.
(!) Batman- Harley Quinn one shot by Paul Dini which introduced HQ to the main DCU

(!) Earth X, o, 1-12, X.
An excellent elseworlds series that spawned several additional mini-series.

(!) Sandman 1-75 plus specials. The classic series complete and in perfect condition.

(!) JLA 1-22. The start of Grant Morrison's run which returned the Justice League to it's glory.

(!) Mage 1-15 with the first issue signed by Matt Wagner. The classic orginial series.

(!) The Maxx DVD. Yeah, it's not a comic but I have all sorts of cool stuff.

(!) The Filth tpb. Grant Morrison story of... well, ya just gotta read it.

Reasonable offers accepted. These are just a few of the books I have so if there's anything you're looking for feel free to ask.

Thanks for the support.
